Have you ever found yourself in a pinch before a holiday party? Well, no longer will you have to run out to the store last-minute to buy a cheese platter or dessert of some sort. Instead, you can use ingredients you already have in your pantry to prepare these Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Seeds! Not only will everyone be impressed by your homemade dessert, but it’ll look and taste so good that they will hardly believe you made it yourself!

Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 c roasted pumpkin seeds (shelled or unshelled, depending on your preference)
- 1/4 c dark chocolate chips (use vegan chocolate chips for a vegan recipe)
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- pinch of sea salt
Line a small cookie sheet or plate with tin foil. Spread pumpkin seeds across it. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a small bowl by microwaving for 30 seconds, then stirring until smooth. Pour over pumpkin seeds. Sprinkle with sea salt. Freeze for 1 hour, or until solid. Break into smaller pieces. Enjoy!
