Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1/2 c roasted pumpkin seeds (shelled or unshelled, depending on your preference)
  • 1/4 c dark chocolate chips (use vegan chocolate chips for a vegan recipe)
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • pinch of sea salt

Line a small cookie sheet or plate with tin foil. Spread pumpkin seeds across it. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a small bowl by microwaving for 30 seconds, then stirring until smooth. Pour over pumpkin seeds. Sprinkle with sea salt. Freeze for 1 hour, or until solid. Break into smaller pieces. Enjoy!
