What are your two favorite desserts?
Maybe they’re m&m’s and cupcakes, or ice cream and cookies, or even frozen yogurt and chocolate. Well, whatever they may be, imagine if they were combined into one phenomenal, mouth-watering, decadent dessert.
One phenomenal, mouth-watering, decadent healthy dessert.
Two of my favorite desserts are cookies and cake, and this dessert combines them both- for only 100 calories.
I absolutely love chocolate chip cookie cakes. Not only do they incorporate a wonderful dense texture, but they’re just as sweet and yummy as chocolate chip cookies- without the messiness of individual cookies.
This cookie cake is no different. It’s packed with plenty of healthy ingredients, yet has a wonderful brown-sugary flavor from the molasses and decadence from the inclusion of plenty of chocolate chips. However, it doesn’t include any butter, sugar, gluten, or dairy.
No, I’m not making this all up. A cookie-cake this good, and this good for you, is possible.
Still don’t believe me?
You’ll just have to make it to find out!
