Who here is a “make everything the morning of” person when it comes to Thanksgiving?
I can tell you with 100% certainty that I am!
You would think that someone with a healthy food blog, who has to budget her time accordingly in order to publish three new recipes a week, would have better planning skills when it comes to America’s biggest foodie day of the year. Alas, that is the farthest from the case.
Instead, I choose to push off all the baking, pie making, and turkey basting until the day of!
After all, what fun is Thanksgiving if you didn’t spend eight hours the morning of racing against the clock to bake the pies, make the sweet potato casserole, and race to the store for dinner rolls before dinner begins at 4PM?
