This brownie is so healthy you could eat it for breakfast.
Honestly, without any butter, sugar, or gluten, this is just as healthy as any other breakfast cereal on the market. Without all the highly processed ingredients.
Additionally, who doesn’t love waking up to a big. Plate. Of. CHOCOLATE.
Especially if it’s made using a recipe that takes one bowl and two minutes! Just add everything to a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, pour into a greased ramekin (and top with about 1000 chocolate chips), and sit back and relax as the aroma of baking chocolate fills your kitchen.
There’s really nothing better than that in my opinion.
Well, okay… one thing. There’s nothing better than enjoying a decadent, chocolate brownie. That you don’t have to share with anyone else. (Because it’s single serving! ;))
But don’t worry, there’s nothing stopping you from making another for yourself!
